Special Projects

Texas Daughters enthusiastically supported four major projects:  “Today’s DAR,” Lynn’s State Regent’s Project, the exhibit of DAR Museum Quilts at the International Quilt Festival/Houston, the erection of a monument to the patriots of the American Revolution buried in Texas and donations of over $50,000 for the restoration of the historic Texas Governor’s Mansion.
